Our Basic Services Include:
- Checking the Integrity of Your Home and Contents:
- Check exterior of your house and garage.
- Check that your furnace, refrigerator, freezer and hot water tank are running.
- Water house plants as instructed.
- Arrange emergency services if required.
- Keep It Looking Like You Are Still Home:
- Collect your mail, newspapers and flyers.
- Change lights each visit (customer may provide timers)
- Use radio and TV as requested.
- Change positions of window coverings each visit.
Custom Services:
- In Addition to Basic Services:
- Water outside pots & flowerbeds. (6 pots included in basic service)
- Lawn care.
- Snow removal.
- Hot tub maintenance.
